Cadence is committed to making its customer-facing pages usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or high-contrast settings. This statement covers the pages a customer of a Cadence business opens from a text message or e-mail: live tracking, appointment booking, estimates, the customer portal, text-message sign-up and unsubscribe.
1. Conformance status
These pages are partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard. The known exceptions are:
- The live technician map is provided by a third-party mapping library; its zoom controls and attribution links are smaller than 24 by 24 pixels. The arrival time and status are always available as text above the map.
- Card payment forms are provided by Stripe and are outside our control.
- Estimates, documents and e-mails contain content written by the business you are dealing with, which we do not alter.
- PDF documents you are asked to sign are shown as page images; the same content is available from the business on request.
2. How we test
Every customer-facing page is checked with automated accessibility tools on each release, at phone and desktop sizes, plus keyboard-only and target-size checks. The dated test record is kept with our release notes.
3. Feedback
If you have trouble using one of these pages, tell us through the contact form on our homepage and we will get back to you.
