Who it's for

This is you if...

๐Ÿงฐ

Just getting started

You have skills, a truck or a chair, and a personal cell number. Cadence gives you a business number registered for texting, a business email, a booking link, a one-page website with your work and prices, professional quotes and invoices, and a way to take cards. You look established on day one, and you keep your personal number private.

๐Ÿ“ž

Running a busy shop

The phone rings while you are on a ladder. Cadence answers it, books inside your real availability, texts back every missed call, sends reminders, chases reviews, and turns quotes into signed jobs and paid invoices. You see who did what on every record.

๐Ÿข

More than one location

Each location or agent gets its own account and its own books. You get the roll-up, one invoice for all of them, team logins with roles, and data sharing that each account controls. One tool for the owner of three shops or the broker with thirty agents.

The leak in every local business

Every call you can't answer is a job walking next door.

You're on a roof, with a patient, or driving. The phone rings, goes to voicemail, and that customer just calls the next name on the list. Cadence picks up instead.

Get established

Open for business in an afternoon.

The number, the email, the website, the booking page and the way to get paid. Every one of them on every plan.

๐Ÿ“ฑ

Your business number

Bought, registered for texting with the carrier paperwork filed for you, live in days. Keep your personal cell private. Or keep the number you already have, on any plan, no setup fee.

โœ‰๏ธ

Business email on your own domain

Your own domain, or a Cadence address, or your own mail server. Your customers see your name, not a free-mail address, and your sending is kept separate from every other business on Cadence.

๐ŸŒ

A website in an afternoon

Pick a design, add your photos and prices, publish on your own domain. Hours, booking and reviews stay in sync with the app.

๐Ÿ“†

A booking page that works while you sleep

Your availability rules, with consent captured with the booking.

๐Ÿงพ

Quotes and invoices customers can act on from their phone

Accept a tier, sign, pay by card, leave a tip.

๐Ÿ’ณ

Get paid your way

Text-to-pay links, deposits and installments, QR at the door, Tap to Pay on your Android phone, cash and check recorded.

โญ

Reviews on autopilot

The ask goes out after the job, replies are drafted for you, on your Google Business Profile.

Run the day

One assistant that answers, books and follows up while you work.

Speed-to-lead & missed-call text-back

The first business to respond usually wins. Cadence gives you a business texting number, texts back every call it misses within seconds during the day (calls missed after 9 pm are texted at 8 the next morning, inside the quiet-hours rules) in words you can edit, and replies to new leads from your website form and from Angi and Thumbtack lead emails.

  • โœ“ A business number set up and registered for texting, with the paperwork done for you
  • โœ“ Website lead form and embeddable widget that capture consent with the inquiry
  • โœ“ Angi and Thumbtack lead emails turned into contacts and answered

Hi Jordan - sorry we missed you at Sunrise Plumbing! This is our team. How can we help? ๐Ÿ”ง
"Need a new water heater - roughly what's that run?"
Happy to quote it! Are you leaning tankless or a standard tank? Tankless heats on demand so you don't run out and it lasts ~20 years, but it's more up front. A tank's cheaper to install and simpler to service - what matters more, endless hot water or lower cost today?
"Tankless, probably - we keep running out with three kids."
Great fit for a busy house. I'll send a tech to size the unit and check your gas line - does Thursday morning or afternoon work better?

  • โœ“ Ballpark quotes inside the floor and ceiling you set
  • โœ“ Rings you first if you prefer; takes a message if you can't pick up

Make it your assistant

Pick the voice that answers your calls from a set of natural voices, masculine and feminine, in English and Spanish, and hear it before you choose. Give it a name and a personality, and it stays the same assistant on the phone, in texts and on your website.

  • โœ“ Choose the voice, the name and the personality; audition each voice before you save
  • โœ“ Samples are recorded over a real phone call, so what you hear is what your callers hear
  • โœ“ Business hours it knows: after close it books, takes a message or handles emergencies only, your call
  • โœ“ Remembers your customers: greets them by name and knows their last job, open estimate and next visit
  • โœ“ Hands a call to you warmly, with a summary first, or puts the caller on hold while it finds you
  • โœ“ Watch a call live on your phone, and step in or whisper an instruction while it talks
  • โœ“ Confirms, reschedules and follows up on appointments by itself; takes a deposit or an approval by reply

The AI that texts back, in your voice

SMS and email in your brand voice, grounded in what you do and do not offer. It remembers each customer's history (past jobs, invoices and the equipment at their place), quotes only from your price book, and books from your real calendar. Rehearse it before it goes live, and switch it off for any customer who wants a person.

  • โœ“ Rehearsal mode before it goes live; a per-customer off switch
  • โœ“ Grounded in your services, prices and do's and don'ts

Good questions

Everything you're wondering.

Do I need an LLC or a business license? +
No. You need a name, a phone and a card for the number. Cadence files the carrier registration for texting under your business name as you give it.
Can I keep my current number? +
Yes - on any plan, at no setup fee: we host a landline or VoIP number for texting, or fully port any number including a mobile so calls and texts both move to Cadence. One number per account: you either buy a Cadence number or bring your own, never both, and the choice locks once the number is live.
Does the AI really answer calls? +
Yes, inside the availability you set, and it rings you first if you want. It answers in English, and with bilingual answering turned on it switches to the caller's language from the first thing they say. Texts and emails work in eight languages.
What if my texts get expensive? +
Set a cap. Cadence warns you at 80 percent and stops at the cap, or bills at cost up to a limit you choose. Prepaid packs never expire.
Is my customer list mine? +
Yes. Export it any time. In an organization, each account decides what the organization sees.
Which calendars sync? +
Google and Outlook two-way; Apple and any other calendar as a feed.
What happens after the 30 days? +
Pick Starter or Pro. Nothing is deleted.
Do you take a cut of my payments? +
Stripe's processing fee applies. Cadence adds 1 percent on Starter and nothing on Pro.
Can my team use it? +
Yes, with roles, at no per-user charge; two-factor protects the owner's sign-in.
Is there an app? +
Yes, on Android, with Tap to Pay so you can take a card right on your phone.
What if something isn't working? +
Tap "Report a problem" in the app. It goes straight to the Cadence team, a person replies right away, and fixes ship fast.
